The kitchen gardens yield organic rice and some vegetables and fruits. Educator-learners and learner-educators participate in this activity, engaging in seed casting, transplanting, and other related ways. Some learner-educators have completed a project in agriculture as part of their Global Perspective Team Project. In this project, they explored climate change and proposed agriculture to reintroduce traditional farming methods. The project involved fieldwork at EPIC Eco-Park, (founded by Santha Sheela Naire) and sharing their findings with local farmers through a presentation.
