Pathashaala is seeking for Educators, who are Learners, to facilitate learning and support students up to Class 10 and A level. Vacancies are available in English, Sciences, Social Studies, Business, Economics, and Mathematics. As part of a residential school, educators will engage in various responsibilities such as house parenting, event supervision, games and hobbies, and study tours.
Pathashaala is committed to supporting the educators' learning journey in multiple ways. Besides a starting salary of Rs. 5 Lakhs per year, free accommodation and nutritious vegetarian meals in a communal dining hall are provided for all students, teachers, and non-teaching staff. Primary earners can avail of tuition waivers for their children. Pathashaala is registered with Cambridge University for IGCSE and A level exams. Learning spaces incorporate mixed-age and same-age environments, promoting personalised and collaborative learning. With a capacity of 120 students in residence, Pathashaala is nearly at its designed strength. The admission process at Pathashaala involves the following steps:
Step 1: Fill in the preliminary form to check eligibility.
Step 2: Parents will then receive the registration form.
Step 3: A meeting will be scheduled at school for both parents and the prospective student. (Students need not be coached or prepared specifically for this.)
